MAK Comfort came out and handled an issue I was having with my AC not blowing properly downstairs. They took the time to actually diagnose the problem instead of just guessing or trying to upsell me. They found a stuck zone motor, dirty filters, and some drainage issues that could’ve caused bigger problems if left alone. I appreciated that they explained everything clearly and showed me what was going on. They were honest, thorough, and respectful of my home. No pressure—just straight information and solid work. Stephen came out to do a system check before I had my roof replaced. He didn’t find anything which was great. But if he had, he would have moved things around so that the new roofing nails wouldn’t have gone through the pipe work. He was on time and very communicative. Would absolutely use him again.

Steven and his crew were professional and on time. They were knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. They provided me with options for my repair and was open to suggestions I made as well. When the repairs were completed, Steven walked me through the repairs and the upgrades he made to my system.
