Steven with Mak Comfort was awesome! Hurricane Beryl left us with off and on power outages affecting our ac in the worst way- not working. He came out surprisingly quick, explained what the issue was and went above and beyond to repair and educate me throughout the process. I was very impressed with this company. Steven came out and evaluated a cooling balance problem we had for our system that was installed by another company. He clearly explained the problem and offered a few different options on how to correct it. We agreed on the best approach and he sent me a very reasonable estimate the next day. Today, they came out to do the work and he figured out an even easier way to fix the problem that would cost a lot less money! Many companies would not take that approach as it would mean less money for them…they would just keep quiet and do the originally agreed upon work for the higher profit. Not Steven!! It’s hard to find this kind of great customer service these days! We have definitely found our “go-to” a/c company for all of our future needs.
