Called MAK Comfort to schedule a service call for my AC compressor not turning on. We went over a few things I had already did to trouble shoot problem. After I explained what I did he recommended checking high water shut off alarm and bingo he was spot on. Never had a AC company willing to give me advice to check. Highly recommend using them I definitely will call if needed again and let all my friends know about them.
Steve (technician) was on time, professional, thorough and knowledgeable during the service visit. He explained potential issues found that may need to be addressed in the near future and left any follow up decisions to me to address. No pressure sales tactics which what I like about the service call. I have found my HVAC company for all future service visits.
Had the AC at the house go out Friday night, messaged Steven at 1:35 PM Saturday since we were gone all morning anyway, he was there before 3:30! We used MAK for an inspection prior to a new roof being installed to ensure that no ducts or supply lines were in danger of being hit by nails. Quick response, on time, and very easy to work with. Highly recommend.
