MAK is the best AC contractor I have ever used. Steven is very knowledgeable, reliable, and most of all honest. Many AC companies will upcharge and oversell. Steven always delivers the best solution for the problem on the unit. Steven has worked on 6 different units for me and I am always extremely satisfied. If I could click 6 stars I would. I have referred him to several of my friends and they had similar experiences.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Update- The 101 temp took its toll on our unit and went out. Steven came out same day and found a problem with a circuit board. Well factory warranty covers it, but was told it was 4 to 5 week wait time. Steven searched high and low and got us back up and going in 3 days. Great customer service!

Mak Comfort was a smooth and speedy experience. They were able to come assist within two hours and have the parts needed in their truck to get units running again! I would highly recommend them, they were very respectful and efficient!!!! 5 stars for sure!

I was very impressed with this company. Steven came out and evaluated a cooling balance problem we had for our system that was installed by another company. He clearly explained the problem and offered a few different options on how to correct it. We agreed on the best approach and he sent me a very reasonable estimate the next day. Today, they came out to do the work and he figured out an even easier way to fix the problem that would cost a lot less money! Many companies would not take that approach as it would mean less money for them…they would just keep quiet and do the originally agreed upon work for the higher profit. Not Steven!! It’s hard to find this kind of great customer service these days! We have definitely found our “go-to” a/c company for all of our future needs.
