If I could give more than five stars for this company I definitely would. Being a contractor myself, I know how important customer service is and Steven went beyond expectations. I had an issue with a customer’s AC line that needed to be fixed ASAP and he was at the property within a few hours and had everything fixed right after. . Wonderful customer service, reasonable price, and small family owned company which I love. I will definitely share his contact with anyone in need of AC services! There are not many companies like this, so when you find one you support them 100%!!
MAK Comfort came out and handled an issue I was having with my AC not blowing properly downstairs. They took the time to actually diagnose the problem instead of just guessing or trying to upsell me. They found a stuck zone motor, dirty filters, and some drainage issues that could’ve caused bigger problems if left alone. I appreciated that they explained everything clearly and showed me what was going on. They were honest, thorough, and respectful of my home. No pressure—just straight information and solid work. Definitely recommend them if you want someone who actually knows what they’re doing.

Getting to work with and around Mr. Sherrell is a very pleasant experience his approach is very customer friendly and his knowledge, experience and the way he takes his time to explain what’s going on and what needs to be done to his customers and his employees is very spot I will always look for getting to interact and work side by side with steven.
