Called MAK Comfort to schedule a service call for my AC compressor not turning on. We went over a few things I had already did to trouble shoot problem. After I explained what I did he recommended checking high water shut off alarm and bingo he was spot on. Never had a AC company willing to give me advice to check. Highly recommend using them I definitely will call if needed again and let all my friends know about them.

MAK Comfort came out and handled an issue I was having with my AC not blowing properly downstairs. They took the time to actually diagnose the problem instead of just guessing or trying to upsell me. They found a stuck zone motor, dirty filters, and some drainage issues that could’ve caused bigger problems if left alone. I appreciated that they explained everything clearly and showed me what was going on. They were honest, thorough, and respectful of my home. No pressure—just straight information and solid work. Definitely recommend them if you want someone who actually knows what they’re doing.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Update- The 101 temp took its toll on our unit and went out. Steven came out same day and found a problem with a circuit board. Well factory warranty covers it, but was told it was 4 to 5 week wait time. Steven searched high and low and got us back up and going in 3 days. Great customer service!

I was very impressed with this company. Steven came out and evaluated a cooling balance problem we had for our system that was installed by another company. He clearly explained the problem and offered a few different options on how to correct it. We agreed on the best approach and he sent me a very reasonable estimate the next day. Today, they came out to do the work and he figured out an even easier way to fix the problem that would cost a lot less money! Many companies would not take that approach as it would mean less money for them…they would just keep quiet and do the originally agreed upon work for the higher profit. Not Steven!! It’s hard to find this kind of great customer service these days! We have definitely found our “go-to” a/c company for all of our future needs.
