Customer called because the ac is not keeping up. Ac not cooling. We found carrier evaporator coil frozen. We found 18 year evaporator coil leaking refrigerant. Provided customer with options to repair. We replaced ac system with American Standard 2 stage System. This customer received tax credit, and energy rebates.

The customer had a Carrier, which our tech replaced with a new American standard.
