Customer called because the ac is not keeping up. Ac not cooling. We found carrier evaporator coil frozen. We found 18 year evaporator coil leaking refrigerant. Provided customer with options to repair. We replaced ac system with American Standard 2 stage System. This customer received tax credit, and energy rebates.
Customer called about ductless split system (mini split) not cooling. We found leak on evaporator coil. We were able to repair leak and add Freon back to unit and got it running.
