MAK Comfort came out and handled an issue I was having with my AC not blowing properly downstairs. They took the time to actually diagnose the problem instead of just guessing or trying to upsell me. They found a stuck zone motor, dirty filters, and some drainage issues that could’ve caused bigger problems if left alone. I appreciated that they explained everything clearly and showed me what was going on. They were honest, thorough, and respectful of my home. No pressure—just straight information and solid work.
