He explained potential issues found that may need to be addressed in the near future and left any follow up decisions to me to address. MAK Comfort came out and handled an issue I was having with my AC not blowing properly downstairs. They took the time to actually diagnose the problem instead of just guessing or trying to upsell me. They found a stuck zone motor, dirty filters, and some drainage issues that could’ve caused bigger problems if left alone. I appreciated that they explained everything clearly and showed me what was going on. They were honest, thorough, and respectful of my home. No pressure—just straight information and solid work.
