If I could give more than five stars for this company I definitely would. Being a contractor myself, I know how important customer service is and Steven went beyond expectations. I had an issue with a customer’s AC line that needed to be fixed ASAP and he was at the property within a few hours and had everything fixed right after. . Wonderful customer service, reasonable price, and small family owned company which I love. I will definitely share his contact with anyone in need of AC services! There are not many companies like this, so when you find one you support them 100%!!

Steven was very prompt and professional. This was the second time we used his company. We could not have been more pleased with the results. He drove to our house on a Friday evening after hours and resolved the issue. He was very professional and the price was more than fair. He is our new AC guy! He has also done work for my Mom who was extremely happy with the work.

If I could give them more stars I would. Steven was so accommodating our unavoidable rescheduling and then arrived promptly. Was efficient and even fixed another AC issue that came up while he was here. More than reasonable prices! I’ll be recommending them to all my friends in the future!
I was very impressed with this company. Steven came out and evaluated a cooling balance problem we had for our system that was installed by another company. He clearly explained the problem and offered a few different options on how to correct it. We agreed on the best approach and he sent me a very reasonable estimate the next day. Today, they came out to do the work and he figured out an even easier way to fix the problem that would cost a lot less money! Many companies would not take that approach as it would mean less money for them…they would just keep quiet and do the originally agreed upon work for the higher profit. Not Steven!! It’s hard to find this kind of great customer service these days! We have definitely found our “go-to” a/c company for all of our future needs.
Steven with Mak Comfort was awesome! Hurricane Beryl left us with off and on power outages affecting our ac in the worst way- not working. He came out surprisingly quick, explained what the issue was and went above and beyond to repair and educate me throughout the process. Very professional, very efficient and happy to say the house was cooled down quickly. Highly recommend!
