Came home to a hot house and made the call to MAK Comfort, they answered immediately and asked a few questions about what was going on. They got to the house quick and diagnosed my issues, and had the parts on the truck to fix it. They had me back up and running in no time! They even noticed other issues and showed me problem areas outside and in the attic. I’m really appreciative of the knowledge they had to help save me big money in the long run! MAK is the best AC contractor I have ever used. Steven is very knowledgeable, reliable, and most of all honest. Many AC companies will upcharge and oversell. Steven always delivers the best solution for the problem on the unit. Steven has worked on 6 different units for me and I am always extremely satisfied. If I could click 6 stars I would. I have referred him to several of my friends and they had similar experiences.

Steve (technician) was on time, professional, thorough and knowledgeable during the service visit. He explained potential issues found that may need to be addressed in the near future and left any follow up decisions to me to address. No pressure sales tactics which what I like about the service call. I have found my HVAC company for all future service visits.

Called MAK Comfort to schedule a service call for my AC compressor not turning on. We went over a few things I had already did to trouble shoot problem. After I explained what I did he recommended checking high water shut off alarm and bingo he was spot on. Never had a AC company willing to give me advice to check. Highly recommend using them I definitely will call if needed again and let all my friends know about them.

Steven with Mak Comfort was awesome! Hurricane Beryl left us with off and on power outages affecting our ac in the worst way- not working. He came out surprisingly quick, explained what the issue was and went above and beyond to repair and educate me throughout the process. Very professional, very efficient and happy to say the house was cooled down quickly. Highly recommend!
