Our customer contacted us about their air conditioner freezing up in La Marque, Texas. We diagnosed the issue and found that the zoning system had malfunctioned. This caused the AC unit to freeze over. Our technician adjusted the electronic damper to restore proper airflow throughout the system. We then put the unit back into normal operation and tested it to ensure everything was working correctly.
