A Houston homeowner contacted us when their air conditioner drain line stopped working properly. Water wasn't draining from the system as it should. Our MAK Comfort technician arrived and successfully cleared the blocked drain line. We also installed a water switch to help prevent future drainage issues. This safety device will shut off the system if water backs up again. The air conditioner is now draining correctly and protected from potential water damage.
